HOW DOES THE PACKAGE FREEZE WORK? WHY NOT EXTEND INSTEAD?
- A frozen package cannot be used to book classes during the freeze period, and the new validity cannot be determined until a package is unfrozen. Once the package is unfrozen, the freeze period will be added to your package validity. If the freeze period is longer than the original package validity, the original package validity will apply.
For example:
Mary has a 10 Class Pack, valid for 3 months expiring on 25 September 2020.
She submits a request to freeze her package from 1 September 2020 to 31 December 2020. Total freeze duration- 4 months.
On 1 January 2021, her new package expiry will be automatically update to 31 March 2021-
3 months from 1 January 2021, according to the original package validity. - A frozen package cannot be used to book classes in advance during the freeze period.
For example:
Mary wants to book a class on 25 December 2020 for classes on 1 January 2021 because her package unfreezes then. She cannot do so because the package is still frozen. Only on 1 January 2021 onward, she can make an advanced booking according to our booking window.
- In order to extend a package, the activation date will be brought forward. An extended package can be used to book classes as usual until the new expiry date. All our packages have a fixed validity and we are not able to extend packages beyond that.
- From 1 January 2021 onwards, we do not allow package extensions.
